Sharp & Carter is partnering with a leading Australian online retailer and technology company who are seeking a proactive and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative. This full-time role is pivotal in delivering outstanding service, acting as the first point of contact for clients and customers. With responsibilities ranging from resolving inquiries and processing orders to supporting administrative tasks, this position offers variety and the chance to make a meaningful impact.
Key Responsibilities:
In this role, you will:
- Handle customer inquiries and issues professionally via phone, email, and chat.
- Provide accurate information about products and services.
- Resolve complaints efficiently and empathetically to maintain customer satisfaction.
- Process orders and update customer records in the system.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Support team operations with general administrative and data entry tasks.
To excel in this role the ideal candidate will ideally hold a transferable undergraduate degree in addition to:
- A proactive and enthusiastic individual with a passion for customer service.
- An undergraduate degree is advantageous however, not essential.
- Experienced in customer service or a related field (preferred but not essential).
- Skilled in communication, organization, and problem-solving.
- Detail-oriented with excellent time management abilities.
- Proficient with basic computer systems; familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
