Key Responsibilities:

Primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
  • Warmly greet and assist visitors, clients, and team members with professionalism and a positive attitude.
  • Efficiently manage incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate contacts.
  • Address customer inquiries via phone and email, delivering accurate information and effective solutions.
  • Support the logistics team by processing orders and preparing relevant documentation.
  • Accurately maintain and update administrative records and databases.
  • Coordinate and monitor shipment schedules to ensure timely deliveries.
  • Perform general administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and document management.
Requirements:

The successful candidate will possess:
  • Demonstrated experience in a similar administrative or customer service role, ideally within the logistics sector (preferred but not essential).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a strong customer-centric approach.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage tasks efficiently.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to challenges.
  • A positive, friendly disposition that fosters a collaborative team environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with general office equipment and software.
