We are looking for a motivated and friendly customer service representative, ideally with experience in the manufacturing background. You will be the first point of contact for business to business customers, helping with orders and general enquiries while working closely with other departments in a varied and exciting role. This position is perfect for someone looking for the stability of a permanent role in a respected and well-established company with a supportive team environment. The ideal candidate will be experienced in fulfilment or eager to learn with a positive and can-do attitude.

Responsibilities 

 Your duties will include but not be limited to; 

• Offering a wide range of support to existing business clients
• Answer inbound calls and emails 
• Processing returns and claims
• Order processing 
• Preforming general administration tasks
• Promoting a range of products to support customers’ needs
• Liaise with other departments to ensure smooth running of orders 
• Other ad hoc duties as directed 

Skills & Experience 

• Previous call center experience or a role of a similar nature
• Ability to build rapport and great interpersonal skills
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
• Basic computing skills and the ability to quickly learn new systems/processes
• Able to work as an effective team member across different departments
• High level of attention to detail required
• Experience in distribution or warehousing would be an advantage
• Previous sales or relationship building experience highly desirable
