This full-time temporary position is integral to delivering high-quality service to customers. You will manage inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a smooth customer experience while supporting the team with administrative, data entry, and operational tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
In this role, you will:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and online communication.
- Provide detailed and accurate information about products, orders, and services.
- Resolve customer concerns efficiently and with empathy to maintain satisfaction.
- Process orders and maintain up-to-date customer records using internal systems.
- Accurately perform data entry tasks to support customer and operational needs.
- Liaise with internal teams to ensure timely and effective service delivery.
- Assist with general administrative tasks and support team operations as required.
