About the Role:

Sharp & Carter is seeking an enthusiastic and proactive Customer Service Representative to join an established manufacturing company based in Doncaster. This full-time temporary position is integral to delivering high-quality service to customers. You will manage inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a smooth customer experience while supporting the team with administrative, data entry, and operational tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

In this role, you will:
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and online communication.
  • Provide detailed and accurate information about products, orders, and services.
  • Resolve customer concerns efficiently and with empathy to maintain satisfaction.
  • Process orders and maintain up-to-date customer records using internal systems.
  • Accurately perform data entry tasks to support customer and operational needs.
  • Liaise with internal teams to ensure timely and effective service delivery.
  • Assist with general administrative tasks and support team operations as required.
About You:

  • Experience in customer service or a related field (preferred but not essential).
