The role: 
 
As the newly appointed customer team lead, you will play a crucial role in shaping and enhancing the overall customer service experience across our national customer base. You will lead and manage a small team of customer service professionals, establish and implement customer service policies, and collaborate with other teams across end to end order management to ensure a consistent and exceptional customer journey.
 
Responsibilities:
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate a small customer service team.
  • End to end customer order management using Pronto.
  • Collaborate with Senior leadership and report on findings. 
  • Implement training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of the customer service team.
  • Resolve escalated customer issues and provide guidance to the team in handling complex cases.
About you: 
  • Proven experience as a Customer Service team lead 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and attention to detail. 
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and implement process improvements.
  • Familiarity with customer service software and technology. Prior experience with Pronto will be strongly advantageous
