The role:
As the newly appointed customer team lead, you will play a crucial role in shaping and enhancing the overall customer service experience across our national customer base. You will lead and manage a small team of customer service professionals, establish and implement customer service policies, and collaborate with other teams across end to end order management to ensure a consistent and exceptional customer journey.
Responsibilities:
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a small customer service team.
- End to end customer order management using Pronto.
- Collaborate with Senior leadership and report on findings.
- Implement training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of the customer service team.
- Resolve escalated customer issues and provide guidance to the team in handling complex cases.
- Proven experience as a Customer Service team lead
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and attention to detail.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and implement process improvements.
- Familiarity with customer service software and technology. Prior experience with Pronto will be strongly advantageous
