Position Overview: As a Customer-Centric team member within their superannuation division, you will be the frontline advocate for their clients, ensuring that their insurance needs are not just met, but exceeded. This role is a 6 month fixed term contract with a strong potential for extension.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with clients to understand their unique financial goals and insurance needs within the superannuation landscape.
- Stay informed about industry trends, regulatory changes, and new product offerings to better assist clients.
- Proactively address client inquiries, concerns, and escalations with empathy and professionalism.
- Collaborate with internal teams to enhance processes and deliver a seamless end-to-end customer experience.
- Conduct follow-ups to ensure client satisfaction and identify opportunities for additional support.
- Prior experience in customer-focused experience in the insurance industry, preferably within superannuation.
- Basic understanding of life insurance, income protection, and other related products will be advantageous.
- Proven track record of providing exceptional customer service and building client relationships.
- Ability to empathize with clients, understand their needs, and tailor solutions accordingly.
