Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, responding to inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a timely and professional manner.
- Issue Resolution: Identify customer needs and resolve issues, complaints, or concerns, ensuring a positive customer experience.
- Product Knowledge: Maintain an in-depth understanding of the company's products or services to provide accurate information and advice.
- Order Management: Process orders, manage deliveries, and track shipments (if applicable), ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
- Documentation: Accurately log customer interactions, complaints, feedback, and actions taken in company systems for future reference.
- Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
- Collaboration: Work closely with other departments (sales, operations, etc.) to ensure seamless service delivery and resolve any issues that arise.
- Sales Support: Upsell or cross-sell additional products or services, based on customer needs and opportunities.
- Experience: Customer service or sales support, preferably in manufacturing or packaging.
- Skills: Strong Excel skills, experience with ERP systems, and an ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Communication: Excellent communicator with strong problem-solving skills. A team player who thrives in a fast-moving environment.
