We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join a global manufacturing company with a small team based in Newcastle, NSW. You will play a key role in supporting the sales team, processing customer orders, and maintaining strong customer relationships. This is an office-based role with occasional remote work and global meet-ups.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Order Processing: Enter customer orders into ERP, confirm details, and ensure accurate delivery schedules.
  • Logistics Coordination: Manage shipping details, liaise with dispatch and freight carriers, and maintain order accuracy.
  • Customer Communication: Handle inquiries, process returns/claims, and provide product information via phone and email.
  • Sales Support: Act as liaison between customers, sales team, and internal departments to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
  • Invoicing: Process invoicing and assist in collections as needed.
Skills & Experience:
  • 2-4 years of B2B customer service experience, preferably in industrial or manufacturing settings.
  • ERP system experience.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle customer inquiries via phone/email.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a small, close-knit team.
