We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join a global manufacturing company with a small team based in Newcastle, NSW. You will play a key role in supporting the sales team, processing customer orders, and maintaining strong customer relationships. This is an office-based role with occasional remote work and global meet-ups.
Key Responsibilities:
- Order Processing: Enter customer orders into ERP, confirm details, and ensure accurate delivery schedules.
- Logistics Coordination: Manage shipping details, liaise with dispatch and freight carriers, and maintain order accuracy.
- Customer Communication: Handle inquiries, process returns/claims, and provide product information via phone and email.
- Sales Support: Act as liaison between customers, sales team, and internal departments to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
- Invoicing: Process invoicing and assist in collections as needed.
- 2-4 years of B2B customer service experience, preferably in industrial or manufacturing settings.
- ERP system experience.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle customer inquiries via phone/email.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a small, close-knit team.
- $70,000 + super.
