To achieve these goals – you will
- Lead the development and delivery of the learning & growth strategy.
- Design and deliver talent management frameworks; with an additional focus on HiPo talent.
- Lead workforce planning to align with strategic goals,
- Collaborate with Senior Leaders to drive the capability agenda across the organisation.
This role will require someone who is experienced leading a small team, who brings a strategic mindset with the ability to think systemically and outside the box .
An experienced practitioner who has experience across the multiple dimensions of organisational development. Proven leadership influence and delivery of enterprise-wide programmes.
