With operations across the majority of continents there are in a key moment of organisational change. As a result they are seeking a HR Business Partner to join their ANZ operations.
Based in Sydney you will support all States and New Zealand across GTM and Product.
What is required of you
- You will have solid experience as a true business partner supporting senior leadership, client group stakeholders, and work with the wider People team in a matrixed organisation.
- A preference for a generalist HR Business Partner that has previously worked with an established technology organisation.
- Exceptional ability to engage with line management at all levels being a proactive "over-communicator" and can excel working in a hybrid environment.
- Expertise in improving line management capability, embedding frameworks, delivering change management programs, including training and support mechanisms to drive transformation.
- You will have executed HR initiatives, such as performance management, talent planning, and career development, ensuring leaders are equipped to manage their teams effectively.
- Expertise in working with a wide range of data and pulling that data into meaningful actionable insights.
