Key Responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with financial reporting standards and internal policies
- Maintain awareness of accounting regulations and audit tools
- Support income tax, GST, payroll tax, CGT, PTR and LSL compliance
- Assist with monthly management and board reporting for group and JV entities
- Manage intercompany billing, AR invoices, and balance sheet reconciliations
- Prepare consolidated financial statements and support annual audits
- Assist with day-to-day treasury activities
- Support internal control and risk management processes
Skills & Experience
- Degree-qualified in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline
- CA/CPA qualification (or working towards) preferred
- Proven experience in general ledger, reconciliations, and financial analysis
- Familiarity with tax compliance and statutory obligations
- Confident in preparing audit workpapers and handling auditor queries
- Strong attention to detail, analytical mindset, and proactive problem-solving
- Ability to manage competing deadlines and adapt in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
