This role offers an exciting opportunity to expand your financial reporting and compliance expertise across group, joint venture, and subsidiary entities. You’ll gain hands-on exposure to financial analysis, statutory reporting, audit processes, and ERP systems, all while working in a collaborative, supportive environment.

This is an ideal role for a finance and accounting graduate with experience in either commercial or public practice firms who is seeking variety, ownership, and career development in a dynamic industry. 


Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure compliance with financial reporting standards and internal policies
  • Maintain awareness of accounting regulations and audit tools
  • Support income tax, GST, payroll tax, CGT, PTR and LSL compliance
  • Assist with monthly management and board reporting for group and JV entities
  • Manage intercompany billing, AR invoices, and balance sheet reconciliations
  • Prepare consolidated financial statements and support annual audits
  • Assist with day-to-day treasury activities
  • Support internal control and risk management processes

Skills & Experience

  • Degree-qualified in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline
  • CA/CPA qualification (or working towards) preferred
  • Proven experience in general ledger, reconciliations, and financial analysis
  • Familiarity with tax compliance and statutory obligations
  • Confident in preparing audit workpapers and handling auditor queries
  • Strong attention to detail, analytical mindset, and proactive problem-solving
  • Ability to manage competing deadlines and adapt in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
