About the Role:
This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled administrator to join a fast-paced and dynamic business, providing essential support across multiple departments. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a structured environment, enjoys problem-solving, and has a strong attention to detail. You'll be responsible for processing orders, managing data, coordinating logistics, and handling supplier and customer communications, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administrative Support – Provide high-level administrative assistance across multiple departments, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
  • Order & Data Management – Process and maintain customer and supplier orders in SAP, ensuring accuracy in contract details and documentation.
  • Logistics Coordination – Track and update order statuses, manage delivery timelines, and liaise with internal teams and external suppliers.
  • Financial Processing – Reconcile invoices, manage supplier payments, and ensure approvals are completed in line with company policies.
  • Communication & Stakeholder Engagement – Manage correspondence via email and phone, providing updates to customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.
Skills & Experience:
  • 3+ years’ experience in an administrative, office support, or operations role.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Experience using SAP or a Tier 1 ERP system (preferred).
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail in data entry and reporting.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organisational and multitasking abilities, managing competing priorities effectively.
