Key Responsibilities:
- Administrative Support – Provide high-level administrative assistance across multiple departments, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
- Order & Data Management – Process and maintain customer and supplier orders in SAP, ensuring accuracy in contract details and documentation.
- Logistics Coordination – Track and update order statuses, manage delivery timelines, and liaise with internal teams and external suppliers.
- Financial Processing – Reconcile invoices, manage supplier payments, and ensure approvals are completed in line with company policies.
- Communication & Stakeholder Engagement – Manage correspondence via email and phone, providing updates to customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.
- 3+ years’ experience in an administrative, office support, or operations role.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Experience using SAP or a Tier 1 ERP system (preferred).
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail in data entry and reporting.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
