Key Responsibilities: Lead and motivate a team to meet production targets efficiently. Ensure strict adherence to quality standards and continuous improvement initiatives. Oversee operational processes to maintain optimum efficiency and productivity. Foster a culture of safety and compliance with relevant regulations. Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external suppliers to optimize operations. Provide leadership, training, and mentorship to drive employee development. Analyse data and prepare reports to identify areas for improvement and make recommendations. Plan and execute strategies to achieve site goals, including budget control and resource allocation. The Ideal Candidate: Proven experience managing a team within a food or manufacturing environment. Proven track record in continuous improvement and lean manufacturing principles. Strong leadership and communication skills. Excellent numerical and computer skills, along with familiarity with ERP systems. Knowledge of HSE, QA, and mechanical equipment standards.
