The Opportunity
Due to continued growth, our client is seeking a Senior Process Engineer to lead the technical delivery of key projects. In this role, you will:
- Lead the development of process schemes, layouts, and plant specifications for pricing, tendering, and construction
- Provide high-level technical input across all stages of project delivery
- Manage the planning and execution of design documentation to meet deadlines and budgets
- Troubleshoot and develop practical solutions to project challenges
- Work closely with internal teams across engineering and design disciplines
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in process engineering, ideally across full project lifecycles
- Strong background in industries such as dairy, food, or waste-to-energy
- Technical expertise in steam, water, wastewater, refrigeration, and/or gases – experience with heat pumps is a bonus
- A consultative, client-focused mindset with strong communication skills
- A collaborative, team-oriented approach
