An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced Executive Assistant to support the CEO of a well-established, ASX-listed FMCG company. This role is perfect for a highly organised and commercially savvy Executive Assistant who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working closely with senior executives. You will be the right-hand person to the CEO, helping to streamline operations, manage key projects, and ensure the smooth running of day-to-day business activities. Key Responsibilities: Executive Support Manage the CEO’s complex diary, emails, and travel arrangements. Act as the key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders. Prepare high-level correspondence, reports, and presentations. Monitor incoming communications, flag key priorities, and assist with follow-ups. Board & Leadership Team Coordination Assist in the preparation and distribution of board papers, reports, and presentations. Attend leadership meetings, take minutes, and track action items along side Company Secetary. Liaise with senior executives and board members on behalf of the CEO. Project & Business Support Support the CEO in driving key strategic initiatives across the business. Assist in managing confidential projects, contracts, and governance requirements. Work closely with Finance, Marketing, and Sales teams on business operations. Event & Stakeholder Management Coordinate internal and external events, including leadership offsites and team meetings. Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring seamless communication. Process Improvement & Office Coordination Identify opportunities to enhance operational efficiency and implement best practices. Ensure smooth day-to-day office operations and manage ad hoc requests. Skills & Experience Required: Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, preferably supporting C-suite executives. Strong business acumen with the ability to engage confidently with senior stakeholders. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong attention to detail. Highly organised, proactive, and able to anticipate needs and priorities. Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
