The PositionA fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced Executive Assistant to support three senior executives at an organization focused on infrastructure development and investment throughout the Asia-Pacific region.In this role, you will deliver top-tier executive support, expertly managing priorities while maintaining the highest level of confidentiality. Your strong coordination skills will be key in balancing responsibilities across multiple executives and consistently meeting deadlines in a fast-paced, high-performance environment.Key ResponsibilitiesAs the successful candidate you will be highly organised and provide an exceptional level of professionalism and support.Your key responsibilities will include, however are not limited to: Travel bookings, including airfares, accommodation, visas, itineraries. Calendar scheduling and management; managing multiple calendars, creating meetings and interviews, liaising with internal and external members, anticipating the requirements and needs of the team. Team projects; editing, compiling, and printing company presentations, Investment Committee meeting packs. Preparing ad hoc letters and other documents as requested by the team. Event management and delivery. Expense claim processing including AMEX, cash expenses. Support and cover off with administrative team members as needed. Identifying and contributing to the development of process improvements to increase team efficiency and operational effectiveness. Supporting the office Human Resources functions including locally onboarding staff, offboarding, participating in weekly HR team catch up calls and supporting and participating in various people development projects and initiatives. Skills & ExperienceAs the suitable candidate for this position, you will hold prior relevant and recent experience as an Executive Assistant or high level administrator. In addition, you will also: Demonstrate high-quality administrative and operational support, whilst maintaining confidentiality throughout all facets of the role; Adaptive communication style to ensure an open, professional and friendly manner to all levels within the organisation; Provide exceptional organisational and time management skills; Adaptive work style and high level of resilience, to help manage a fast-paced environment; High computer literacy in all Microsoft office applications (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint).
