About the Role We’ve got an incredible opportunity for a talented Executive Assistant to join a passionate, purpose-driven team that’s making a real difference. Responsibilities As the Executive Assistant to the CEO, you’ll be at the heart of the action, helping to coordinate everything from day-to-day tasks to major initiatives, including: Keeping the CEO’s diary in check, organising meetings, and prioritising key appointments Keeping the CEO in the loop on urgent matters and managing time-sensitive projects Drafting correspondence, creating presentations, and preparing key documents (using Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) Coordinating partnerships and sponsorships, and handling the administrative side of things Organising major team events, strategy sessions, and conferences – you’ll be the mastermind behind the logistics Managing the CEO’s travel arrangements, from flights to accommodation and everything in between Assisting with the management of special projects and key business initiatives Supporting the CEO with day-to-day tasks, ensuring they have everything they need to make the best decisions for the business Skills and Experience We’re looking for someone who brings: Proven experience supporting senior leaders, ideally in a fast-paced, purpose-driven environment Strong organisational and time management skills (you’ll juggle multiple priorities with ease!) Excellent written and verbal communication skills (you’ll be comfortable writing everything from emails to presentations) A knack for building relationships with internal and external stakeholders The ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism A high level of attention to detail and a commitment to delivering quality work A tech-savvy attitude, with experience using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) A proactive, can-do attitude and a willingness to jump in and get things done About the Client We’re thrilled to be partnering with an inspiring, purpose-driven business that’s committed to making a difference in the Australia.
