Join a dynamic, high-performing Finance Operations team as an Executive Assistant, supporting the CFO in driving organisational growth and success. The Role:As the trusted right-hand to the CFO, your responsibilities will include: Diary and Email Management: Efficiently manage the CFO’s schedule, prioritising key commitments and ensuring smooth communication flow. Meeting Coordination: Organise and support high-level meetings, including preparation of agendas, taking minutes, and tracking action items. Travel and Event Coordination: Plan and book travel arrangements, and oversee logistics for both internal and external events. Stakeholder Engagement: Act as a liaison between the CFO, internal teams, and external partners, fostering strong and productive relationships. Financial Administration: Process invoices, manage AMEX expenses, and maintain accurate records to support the Finance Operations team. Document Preparation: Assist in the creation of reports, presentations, and key business documents. Project Support: Contribute to various projects, ensuring timelines and deliverables are met. Skills & Experience Proven experience in a senior administrative role, ideally supporting C-suite executives. Outstanding organisational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities under tight deadlines. Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact confidently with stakeholders at all levels. High attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving. Advanced skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with CRM systems. A collaborative mindset and the ability to thrive in a team-oriented environment.
