The Role As the Executive Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in providing high-level administrative and organisational support.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing the Executive’s diary, emails, and correspondence
- Coordinating meetings, agendas, and minutes
- Preparing reports, presentations, and documentation
- Handling confidential and sensitive information with discretion
- Liaising with internal and external stakeholders, including school leadership, staff, and external partners
- Assisting with projects, financial administration, and compliance-related tasks
- Managing day-to-day office operations and supporting broader business functions
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Previous experience as an Executive Assistant, ideally within an education or professional services setting
- Strong organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritise effectively
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- A high level of professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant systems
- A positive and proactive approach to problem-solving and teamwork
