Prepare and analyse monthly financial and operational reports, highlighting trends, risks, and opportunities. Drive budgeting and forecasting processes, ensuring alignment with business goals. Develop and implement cost control initiatives and process improvements. Provide insights and recommendations to improve performance and achieve financial targets. Ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures. About You: CA/CPA qualified (or close to completion) with a strong understanding of management accounting principles. Proven track record in a similar role, ideally within a manufacturing, construction, or industrial setting. A proactive, solutions-focused approach.
