Bridge finance and operations, supporting the senior finance business partner. Assist in developing financial plans, aligning strategy, workforce, and finances. Ensure budgets reflect accurate financial plans. Identify cost-saving and income-generating opportunities. Ensure accurate month-end financial reports, collaborating with the accounting team. Report budget variances and prepare monthly commentary. Prepare monthly forecasts, analyse trends, and discuss with budget managers. Explain variances between forecasts and actual results. Communicate forecasts to managers with the senior finance business partner. Provide financial modelling for business cases, tenders, and new initiatives. Partner with operations to support business cases and new initiatives.
