- Conduct financial analysis to optimise resource use and improve results.
- Bridge finance and operations, supporting the senior finance business partner.
- Assist in developing financial plans, aligning strategy, workforce, and finances.
- Ensure budgets reflect accurate financial plans.
- Identify cost-saving and income-generating opportunities.
- Ensure accurate month-end financial reports, collaborating with the accounting team.
- Report budget variances and prepare monthly commentary.
- Prepare monthly forecasts, analyse trends, and discuss with budget managers.
- Explain variances between forecasts and actual results.
- Communicate forecasts to managers with the senior finance business partner.
- Provide financial modelling for business cases, tenders, and new initiatives.
- Partner with operations to support business cases and new initiatives.
- CA/CPA qualified or actively pursuing completion
- Health sector experience is a plus, but not essential
- Exceptional financial analysis and reporting capabilities
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Proficient in financial planning, forecasting, and budgeting
- Team-oriented with a collaborative spirit
