The ResponsibilitiesReporting into the Financial Controller, you will take charge of (but not limited too): Lead the annual budgeting process, create/update BOMs and labor routes, and regularly update financial forecasts to reflect market trends Collaborate with teams such as procurement, operations, product development to provide financial insights for informed business decisions - business partnering component Support inventory management and oversee site inventory variances Develop and monitor key financial and operational KPIs, such as material variance, PPV, labour, and yield Build and maintain relationships with the Operations Team to ensure timely and actionable Factory performance reports.
