The Role:

Reporting into the Foodservice State Manager, this position will be responsible for developing and guiding the implementation of Foodservice business plans; achieving account profitability, sales targets & margin budgets as well as serving as the primary account contact for End Users & Distributors within VIC Foodservice regions.

Duties
  • Manage existing clients in Vic territory whilst developing new business opportunities.
  • You will be selling the range products solutions through to End Users, Distributors as well as contractors and promote the features & benefits to the clients.
  • You will be responsible for building strategic long-term relationships and you will provide a truly consultative sale whereby you will identify client’s needs and provide the solution that will add value to their business.
  • Maximise sales volumes, profit, and market share by setting monthly territory plans and forecasts.
  • Responsibility for the commercial management of local & state based key accounts or Grps
  • Maintain CRM (Insightly) platform updates, inclusive of NPD Projects, Ranging & ALL customer information
  • As a component of this role, the incumbent will be required to develop, manage / progress existing major end user accounts
  • Maintain key relationships within those major accounts as you facilitate the delivery of successful outcomes for those clients
  • Provide feedback on a regular basis to the business on the sales of its products and market developments including customer and competitor initiatives, and new & emerging business opportunities.
