Focusing on both Retail and Foodservice channel covering a territory in VIC covering Northern Suburbs Melbourne and Northern Victoria, this role will pick up a territory of existing business and be charged with its maintenance and continued expansion.
Reporting into an experience National Sales Director and sitting as part of a broader team in Vic. Being a bit of a hustler by nature, hands on and having a strong passion for building long term relationships will be essential for success.
Duties
- Securing new customers: Packaging Distributors / Foodservice
- Distributors / Cleaning & Hygiene Distributors / Corporate Accounts / Processors-Manufacturers
- Managing an existing customer base with new line growth
- Drive end user business through a network of supportive Distributors
- Identify sales targets & close opportunities
- Responsible for the overall sales growth within your Territory
- Submit a weekly activity report & a weekly sales planner
- Attend all required Industry Tradeshows
- Proven successful field sales experience
- Packaging experience highly desirable
- A true hunter for new business opportunities
- Strong work ethic
- Passionate & self motivated
- Ability to manage & maintain accounts at all levels
- Excellent communication & presentation skills
- Ability to work autonomously
- Able to setup a Territory in a Geographical / Time Manageable sequence.
