The Account Manager is accountable for growing and driving sales within Victoria. The role involves establishing and maintaining relationships with customers, identifying sales opportunities, and achieving revenue targets to contribute to the overall success of the business in the caravan and passenger
vehicle electrics segment.
Duties
The overall responsibility of this role is to grow the Mobile Power Solutions (MPS) business within the defined territory. The primary responsibility is managing customer relationships within Campbellfield & surrounding suburbs with a particular focus on growing established customers and building new account relationships with caravan manufacturers and dealers. This will be achieved by managing and developing existing customers, defining strategies to identify and grow with new customers.
A secondary responsibility is supporting the MPS business through growing sales within the territory from non-RV customers (CPVAM & Outdoor) where required. Reporting, including accurate forecasting, is a key responsibility to this role. Providing input into monthly reports, planning and sales strategies to achieve revenue targets for the MPS business within the defined territory. The role will also be responsible for providing support at regular trade show events.
Skills and Experience
- Minimum of 3 years working in a sales role
- Sales background in a B2B manufacturing environment highly desirable
- A minimum Tertiary qualification in Sales or related field desireable
- Passion for outdoor lifestyle
