The Role:
We’re on the hunt for a Technical Trainer to help our clients unlock the full potential of our amazing software and tools. You’ll be the friendly face (or voice!) guiding users through fun, engaging training sessions – both in person and online – showing them how to master our products and transform the way they work. You’ll also get hands-on, demonstrating features, solving problems, and ensuring our users feel confident and capable with our tech.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Run interactive training sessions (in-person and virtual) that make learning technical tools feel like a breeze.
- Lead practical, hands-on demos that help users get real-world experience.
- Design training materials that are easy to follow, like manuals, presentations, and exercises.
- Be the go-to expert for customers, helping troubleshoot issues and offering stellar support.
- Keep track of training sessions, customer feedback, and any help desk magic in our CRM.
- Collaborate with internal teams to keep improving our services and training programs.
- You’re tech-savvy, with experience using industry-specific software.
- You’ve got a solid grasp of construction techniques or manufacturing processes.
- Microsoft apps? No problem – you’re proficient.
- You’re a problem-solver with great communication skills.
