• Manage the product backlog to deliver high-quality solutions on time.
• Conduct market analysis, gather user feedback, and align product enhancements with stakeholder expectations.
• Collaborate across internal and external teams to solve customer problems and deliver products that drive measurable impact.

What You'll Bring:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Mining Engineering, Geology, or a related technical field.
• 3+ years of experience in the mining industry and another 3+ years in digital solutions.
• Strong knowledge of technology, data management, and modern software applications.
• Expertise in Lean, Agile, or Scrum product management methodologies.
• Exceptional customer relationship management skills.
• Technical proficiency in tools like Excel, SQL, Power BI, and platforms like Jira, Confluence, Adobe XD, and Figma.
• Outstanding problem-solving and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Flexibility to travel internationally and to remote locations as needed.
