Are you an experienced Team Administrator with a strong background in office coordination and a passion for supporting high-performing teams? We’re looking for a highly skilled and proactive individual to join an established health organisation near Rhodes, Sydney.

About the Role: As an Executive Support Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting the CEO and Leadership team. Your role will involve managing administrative functions, overseeing office operations, and ensuring smooth communication between teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Providing high-level administrative support to the exec team
  • Coordinating office operations and maintaining an efficient work environment
  • Handling travel bookings and supporting logistics when needed
  • Assisting with executive-level minute-taking during meetings
  • Managing document preparation with a strong focus on formatting and detail
  • Supporting various projects related to systems and process improvements
What We’re Looking For:
  • Previous experience in a similar role
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and familiarity with CRM systems (Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics)
  • Advanced skills in document formatting, data entry, and general office admin
  • A professional and mature approach, with an understanding of confidentiality
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills
  • A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset and the ability to work autonomously
  • Excellent communication skills, with a customer service-oriented attitude
