About the Role: As an Executive Support Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting the CEO and Leadership team. Your role will involve managing administrative functions, overseeing office operations, and ensuring smooth communication between teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing high-level administrative support to the exec team
- Coordinating office operations and maintaining an efficient work environment
- Handling travel bookings and supporting logistics when needed
- Assisting with executive-level minute-taking during meetings
- Managing document preparation with a strong focus on formatting and detail
- Supporting various projects related to systems and process improvements
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and familiarity with CRM systems (Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics)
- Advanced skills in document formatting, data entry, and general office admin
- A professional and mature approach, with an understanding of confidentiality
- Exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills
- A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset and the ability to work autonomously
- Excellent communication skills, with a customer service-oriented attitude
