This full-time, office-based role will see you supporting the team in the Melbourne office while working closely with the Operations Manager in Sydney. Your responsibilities will be diverse, offering ample opportunities for professional growth in the property sector. A background in property or marketing will be highly regarded, along with experience using InDesign and Monday.com (or a willingness to learn).
Key Responsibilities
- Format reports, maps, and presentations (InDesign experience beneficial).
- Assist with marketing collateral and promotional materials.
- Coordinate merchandise orders, events, client gifts, and promotions.
- Manage travel and accommodation arrangements.
- Prepare meeting agendas and minutes.
- Coordinate team meetings and property inspections.
- Maintain digital filing systems and CRM (Monday.com).
- Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and exit procedures.
- Liaise with landlords and service providers.
- Support operational needs alongside the Operations Manager.
