The Position & The Organisation
  
This Talent Acquisition Coordinator position will commence on a temporary basis for 5 weeks, to cover a period of leave. You will enjoy working in an agile, flexible environment as this position will involve the full remit of internal recruitment services and require you to multi-task and shift tasks quickly. You will join a busy talent team and pick up recruitment processes at all stages and offer assistance and guidance to your team. This opportunity is ideal for someone with one to two years recruitment experience either from an agency or internal recruitment background.

Key Responsibilities
  • End-to-end recruitment of roles for a large portfolio of the business;
  • Work with a busy recruitment team and be able to multitask or shift focus and reprioritise tasks as needed by the team;
  • Main duties will include organising drafting and placing job ads, phone screening, shortlisting, arranging of interviews, and supporting the current Talent Partners and Manager.
Skills and Experience
  • Demonstrated internal or external recruitment experience supporting a busy recruitment team;
  • Currently hold a valid Blue (Working with Children) and Yellow (Disability Workers Screen) cards or willing to obtain one;
  • Ability to multi-task and work at a high volume and fast pace, you are well-versed in all components of internal recruitment and used to working to tight deadlines and recruiting many roles across a variety of portfolios at once;
  • High levels of attention to detail and exceptional communication skills;
  • Immediately available and ability to commit to a 5 week temp assignment
