We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive People Advisor to join our client's growing team. The role involves overseeing a range of generalist People Advisory functions, working closely with leadership and management teams to ensure the implementation of policies, procedures, and practices. As an Advisor, you will provide advice, coaching, and guidance on employment-related matters, support daily HR activities, and contribute to key projects within the team.

- Provide advice to leadership teams on award interpretation, employee relations, performance, and other people matters

- Assist with updating company policies and internal process manuals
- Contribute to company-wide events and recommend process improvement opportunities
- Handle confidential information while adhering to privacy principles
- Support planning for performance management and remuneration review processes
