General Activities
  • Level 1 and 2 support of systems managed under the remit of the Portfolio Manager, People & Safety Systems
  • Develop understanding of business specific Time & Attendance solutions
  • Produce compliance check reports from critical systems and liaise with internal stakeholders to review data and resolve issues.
  • Build and maintain effective cooperative working relationships across teams in order to build an understanding of the requirements of each business area
  • Gather and document requirements for People & Safety solutions across the business
  • Provide coaching and support to promote effective adoption and use of People & Safety Systems
  • Support with providing access to information that the business requires for effective decision making, while adhering to data security protocols
  • Coordinate, test and implement proposed system upgrades and enhancements, ensuring that any system changes operate as intended and do not pose any risk to business-critical activities.
  • Develop and maintain application support documentation and training plans.
  • Carry out training to end users at all levels in order to ensure effective system utilisation
  • Assist with troubleshooting integration issues between People & Safety systems, and relevant business specific solutions
  • Liaise with vendors regarding ongoing system support requirements.
  • Work with People & Safety Systems team to ensure system governance and change management principles are adhered to
  • Provide support to Payroll & HR for PayGlobal award set up and reporting requirements, including vendor management

Experience
  • Demonstrated experience in managing or supporting projects.
  • Previous experience in developing reports from systems and working within system implementation projects in relation to system improvements and upgrades.
  • Understanding of SQL report writing is an advantage but not essential.
  • Demonstrated ability to liaise with multiple stakeholders to resolve an issue.
