Are you an experienced Change Analyst looking for an opportunity to make a meaningful impact within a large-scale government transformation project? Sharp & Carter is recruiting a Senior Change Analyst to support a high-profile program aimed at modernizing critical enterprise technology systems for a Queensland Government department.
About the Role
As the Senior Change Analyst, you will play a key role in driving change management activities within a significant ICT transformation initiative. Working closely with the Organisational Change Manager, project teams, and internal stakeholders, you will contribute to the successful implementation of a re-platforming program by developing and executing change strategies, stakeholder engagement plans, and communication frameworks.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute change management plans to support business transition.
- Conduct Business Change Impact Assessments (BCIA) and ensure action plans are in place.
- Develop communication strategies, including stakeholder messaging, briefings, and training materials.
- Engage with key stakeholders to manage change impacts effectively.
- Ensure all change and communication processes align with program governance and project milestones.
- Support risk and issue management from a change perspective.
- Drive process improvement initiatives to enhance the overall change management framework.
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Proven experience in ICT and business process change within a complex, large-scale environment.
- Strong ability to plan, develop, and implement change strategies and communications.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement, consultation, and communication skills.
- Experience in creating change and communications collateral, including presentations and training materials.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Work on a high-impact, government-led transformation initiative.
