The Systems Business Analyst role sits adjacent to the Finance function and is responsible for the maintenance and implementation of the finance IT systems, databases and reporting tools to generate all executive reporting. Further duties include (though are not limited to) the following:
- Conduct business analysis to assess company processes and system requirements.
- Develop process flow charts to document workflows.
- Prepare scoping documents and detailed process mapping for new system implementations.
- Translate business needs into clear and structured documentation/processes.
- Work alongside internal teams to support ERP implementations.
- Collaborate with Finance and Operations teams, leveraging prior experience in financial environments (though a CA/CPA qualification is not required).
- Ensure seamless integration of business processes with technology solutions.
