As State Sales Manager – Victoria, you will be responsible for managing and leading a high-performing sales team while also taking a hands-on approach to sales yourself. You will develop and execute strategies to expand market presence across multiple channels, including manufacturing, warehousing, logistics, construction, and industrial sectors. Duties
- Drive new business and expand existing relationships
- Conduct product demonstrations & presentations
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue target Customer quotes, processing orders, day to day admin
- Lead by example with a hands-on approach to sales
- Work closely with key customers across multiple industries
- Background in B2B / Industrial environment managing a large & complex portfolio of customers
- Proven experience leading and managing sales teams
- A strategic mindset with a passion for building and growing a business
- A hands-on leader who thrives on driving sales success
