We are seeking a Solution Architect with deep experience in payroll and rostering system integrations to join a high-profile program of work. This role will play a critical part in architecting the integration of key workforce systems and applications, ensuring seamless data flow and business continuity across platforms.
This is a 9 month contract.
If you’ve previously worked with SAP EC, SAP ECP, and UKG solutions, and you understand the nuances of payroll data, workforce scheduling, and timekeeping integration, this role is for you.
Key Focus Areas:
- Lead the end-to-end solution design for integrating payroll and rostering platforms into existing enterprise systems
- Work closely with functional leads, HR/payroll teams, vendors, and technical stakeholders
- Define integration approaches, data flows, interface specifications, and mapping
- Ensure technical alignment with enterprise architecture, security, and compliance standards
- Proven experience integrating payroll and rostering platforms, including:
- SAP EC: Employee Central / eHub
- SAP ECP: Employee Central Payroll
- UKG Workforce Central
- UKG PRO Workforce Management
- Strong understanding of data architecture, system integration patterns, and middleware technologies
- Ability to work hands-on in designing and reviewing technical specifications and mapping documents
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- 7+ years of experience in solution or integration architecture roles
- Exposure to CI/CD practices and supporting toolsets
- Experience in large-scale enterprise environments with vendor and internal delivery teams
