Position Overview:
As a Senior Social Media Specialist, you'll be at the forefront of our digital presence, responsible for developing and implementing strategies to elevate our brand on social media platforms. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and Implement Social Media Strategies: Create and execute comprehensive social media strategies that align with overall business goals and brand objectives.
- Content Creation and Management: Oversee the development of high-quality, engaging, and relevant content (text, image, and video) tailored to each social media platform.
- Community Engagement: Manage and nurture online communities, respond to inquiries and comments, and foster strong relationships with followers to build brand loyalty and advocacy.
- Analytics and Reporting: Track, analyze, and report on key performance metrics, including engagement, reach, conversions, and ROI. Use data-driven insights to adjust strategies and optimize content performance.
- Social Media Advertising: Plan, execute, and optimize paid social media campaigns to maximize visibility and achieve specific marketing objectives, including brand awareness, lead generation, and sales conversions.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
- 5+ years of proven experience in social media management, preferably in a senior or leadership role.
- Expertise in social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, etc.) and their respective best practices.
- Strong understanding of social media analytics tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Sprout Social, Google Analytics) and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Competitive salary commensurate with experience ($80,000 - $95,000 Base + Super)
