Our client is a fast growing medium density builder based in the heart of Melbourne. This year the business will build over 700 townhouses across metro and regoinal Melbourne. There is an opportunity for a permits coordinator to join the team. This a a great opportunity to work with a reputable business & work with a family friendly team.

The Role

• Manage the asset protection/permit application process including payments
• Issue and review pre-commencement reports with Construction Supervisors
• Ensure all relevant permit documentation is complete for ‘site start meetings’
• Establish and maintain an effective permits and compliance register and auditing system

About you

• Experience in a similar role 
• Understanding of Pre-construction life cycle 
• Relevant tertiary education 
• Abilty to work in a fast paced environment
