Our client is a market leader in the recreational vehicle industry and are seeking a coordinator to support their sales team at their Dealership located in Coffs Harbour. As the successful candidate, you will primarily work in a small team however at times you will be required to work autonomously, self-motivation is a highly regarded trait The role will require the successful candidate to work from their Dealership.
Duties:
- Assist the sales team with order processing, invoicing, and delivery coordination.
- Manage customer inquiries, resolve issues, and escalate complex queries, as necessary.
- Assist with the management and & support new business onboarding through account set up and go live.
- Assist in the development and roll out of sales tools and platforms, to improve sales team efficiency and commercial effectiveness.
- Provide support to the sales team through the management of stock allocations, orderbook analysis, KPI tracking and reporting.
- Stock control support & analysis for customers including the tracking of sales out, promotional activities and monitoring customer level forecasts.
- Excellent phone manners and customer service skills
- Strong attention to detail and confidentiality
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred
