About the Role:

Our client is a market leader in the recreational vehicle industry and are seeking a coordinator to support their sales team at their Dealership located in Coffs Harbour. As the successful candidate, you will primarily work in a small team however at times you will be required to work autonomously, self-motivation is a highly regarded trait  The role will require the successful candidate to work from their Dealership.

Duties:
  • Assist the sales team with order processing, invoicing, and delivery coordination.
  • Manage customer inquiries, resolve issues, and escalate complex queries, as necessary.
  • Assist with the management and & support new business onboarding through account set up and go live.
  • Assist in the development and roll out of sales tools and platforms, to improve sales team efficiency and commercial effectiveness.
  • Provide support to the sales team through the management of stock allocations, orderbook analysis, KPI tracking and reporting.
  • Stock control support & analysis for customers including the tracking of sales out, promotional activities and monitoring customer level forecasts.
Requirements
  • Excellent phone manners and customer service skills
  • Strong attention to detail and confidentiality
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Previous experience in a similar role is preferred
