About the role
Working in a friendly and collaborative team you will partner closely with a well respected Head of Legal on both project and BAU activities. Some of your daily work will include:
- Legal Advice & Compliance: Offer expert legal guidance on regulatory, operational, and governance matters.
- Contracts & Transactions: Draft, review, and negotiate agreements, ensuring legal risks are managed.
- Property & Leasing: Support redevelopment projects and property management.
- Disputes & Litigation: Manage legal disputes to achieve efficient outcomes.
- Regulatory & Government Affairs: Ensure compliance and contribute to regulatory submissions.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with internal teams, senior management, and external legal providers.
- Continuous Improvement: Develop legal precedents, training, and process enhancements.
You will be seeking a contract role where you are part of a team environment where you will work among with top quality legal professionals. Some of the attributes you have that may have that will assist you in this role are:

- Tertiary qualifications in law
- Admission as a legal practitioner to the Supreme Court of an Australian State or Territory
- Current practicing certificate
