The Role - Reporting to Head of Group Accounting
Responsibilities will include the following:
- Lead the consolidation of financial statements
- Implement and maintain a centralised accounting framework across the group
- Partner with regional finance teams to ensure efficient and standardized accounting practices
- Analyse financial data to identify market trends and opportunities, translating insights into actionable recommendations for business unit leaders
- Become a trusted business partner, collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand their financial needs and develop strategies to achieve their goals
- Provide insightful financial analysis and support strategic decision-making
- Manage relationships with external auditors and facilitate the audit process
- Stay abreast of evolving international accounting regulations and their impact on the group

- CA/CPA qualified
- Prior Group Consolidation experience in a large, complex organisation
- Demonstrated ability to leverage financial data to generate market insights
- Experience partnering with business units to translate financial information into actionable strategies
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
