An exciting immediate start role with an global healthcare organisation currently exists in order to fill a key role in their finance team. Taking a hands-on approach, this business-critical Senior Financial Accountant position will help assist in the management and communication of the companies’ financial & corporate accounting activities on both a domestic and international scale.
The Essential Requirements
Reporting into the Finance Director, you will be responsible for, but not limited to:
- Management of the full accounting and month-end processes
- Business partner with key divisional teams on financial results
- Intercompany reconciliations and variance analysis
- Prepare and submit the BAS, IAS and FBT for the Group
- Assist in annual statutory audit by preparing the necessary account reconciliations and liaising with the external auditor.
- Monthly overhead analysis and commentary
- Ad-hoc projects as and when required
- Drive continuous improvement in systems, reporting, process and efficiency
Ideally, you will be a CA/CPA qualified accounting professional and will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills as your ability to interact and engage cross-functionally within the business will be crucial to your success. Additionally, you will have a strong attention to detail and have worked in a large, complex & highly-dynamic organisation previously.
