The Responsibilities:
Reporting to the Finance Manager, you will be responsible for providing high quality financial accounting support to ensure compliance, enhance decision making and achieve business goals. Your duties will include (but are not limited to):
- Preparing the month-end financial reporting process including consolidated profit and loss, balance sheet and cash flow reports
- Examining financial records to check for accuracy
- Assisting preparation of insightful management reporting to the executive leadership team
- Monitoring working capital to assist with controlling expenditure and cash burn
- Supporting the company audit process and preparation of year-end statutory accounts
- Responsible for completion of compliance activities
- Drive a business partnering culture across the organisation for effective decision making.
- Collecting and analysing data, which is then used in the preparation of weekly and monthly accrual
- Maintaining and updating accounting and tax policies and procedures
- Strong attention to detail
- Be immediately available
- Experience using SAP and a strong background of Excel
- CA/CPA qualification
- 5+ years of experience working as a Financial Accountant
