This is a key leadership role looking after the finance function of a key division within this organisation reporting to a well-regarded Finance Director. You will be responsible for the overall financial management of a $250million division from a reporting, fp&a, financial management and compliance perspective. Duties
- Drive and own the budget setting, forecasting, and reporting process
- Provide analytical support across the Business Unit to drive commercial decision making
- Coordinate and manage external audits
- Financial analysis to support development of new business streams and/or acquisitions
- Manage, lead and mentor a team
- Drive process improvement by automation of manual tasks
- CA / CPA Qualified
- Experience within the Infrastructure, Rental, Construction sectors will be considered highly advantageous
- Experience in leading the financial performance of a Business Unit
- Excellent communication to liaise with a broad range of stakeholders
- Confidence to lead a finance function with great energy
- Strong leadership skills with a growth mindset
