Our client is a reputable business based in Western Sydney that is seeking an experienced Senior Accounts Receivable Officer to start on short notice. You will be managing the receivable function and managing the ledger, with the support of one other account receivable officer. This role is an initial 6 month contract, with a strong view for permanency following this period.

To be succesful in this role, you must have experience doing end-to-end Accounts Recievable, and be ready to be the senior AR officer in the team.
The responsibilities
Reporting into the Financial Controller, you will be mainly responsible for:
- Manage customer ledger
- Banking, Allocation & Receipting
- Collections
- Bank account reconciliations
- Opening accounts and conducting credit assessments
- Investigation of un-reconciled payments
- Updating customer accounts
- Maintaining relationships with customers
- Liaising with the sales team and directing tasks to them
- Cash flow forecasting
- Excellent experience with end to end accounts receivable experience, including strong experience with opening accounts, credit checks, collections and cash flow forecasting.
