Overview of key responsibilities:
Reporting to the Finance Manager the role is critical to supporting the business and customers. This is a diverse role which is an exciting opportunity to learn and develop skills through the entire supply chain and finance processes of the business. Working within a small team, your responsibilities will include but not be limited too:
- Reminders and follow up of overdue accounts as required
- Reconciliation of the accounts
- Communicating with internal customers via telephone, electronically or in person in relation to product or service enquiries
- Attending to credits and re-invoicing of clients for any previous errors
- Set up new customers and accounts
- Allocation and receipting of payments
- Ad hoc tasks as required

The successful applicant will have proven experience in a similar Accounts Receivable or Customer Service role, as well as the following attributes:
- Excellent problem solving skills with a pro-active approach
- Detail orientated and a keen eye for detail
- Demonstrated ability to confidently work autonomously as well collaboratively in a team environment
- High level time management skills & the ability to meet deadlines
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Personable nature and ability to build relationships with key stakeholders
