About the role 
Our company is currently seeking a talented and experienced Senior Financial Accountant who is available on short notice to join our team. As a Financial Accountant, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing the company's financial operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, financial reporting, and budgeting.

Responsibilities:    
  • Manage day-to-day financial operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll. Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  • Assist in the preparation and completion of the final year-end close.
  • Ensure accuracy and timeliness in financial reporting. Leverage prior auditing experience to control financial statement disclosures.
  • Document key financial processes and develop associated Standard Operating Procedures. 
  • Create supporting templates to streamline the introduction of these processes.
  • Develop and maintain budgeting and forecasting processes to ensure financial stability and growth.
  • Document key financial processes and develop associated Standard Operating Procedures. 
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure financial processes and systems are efficient and effective.
  • Prepare and present financial reports to senior management.
Requirements:     
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in financial accounting. 
  • Preference for Big 4 / Auditing Background. 
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles, practices, and standards.
  • Experience with financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
