Our client is looking to add an office administrator to their team to help with daily duties and to assist with their large, friendly team.
Responsibilities
As the office administrator, your role will be to assist and support the team on a daily basis and be the go-to person for any admin-related duties. These duties include:
- Completing all admin-related duties and office management
- Helping with purchase and credit card reconciliations
- Coordinating events
- Communicating with stakeholders and offering a wide range of support across multiple teams
- Other ad hoc duties as directed, such as project support
- Purchasing office supplies and organising inventory
