Our Client:

With a robust presence in both Australia and New Zealand, they are currently looking for a proactive Payroll Officer to join their team on a full-time permanent basis. About the Role:
Reporting to the Office Manager and working collaboratively within a close-knit team, you will be responsible for a wide range of payroll and office management duties, including but not limited to:
- Data entry of time sheets, leave records, and other payroll-related information.
- Managing weekly payroll processing and ensuring accurate and timely employee compensation.
- Processing weekly invoices and handling related administrative tasks.
- Addressing internal and external stakeholder queries related to payroll, leave, and other employee compensation matters.
- Delivering exceptional customer service to employees and stakeholders.
- Contributing to ongoing payroll process improvements and ensuring compliance with local payroll legislation.
- Managing health and safety procedures within the office environment and liaising with external service providers.
We are seeking an experienced Payroll Officer with a desire to expand their career while assisting with office operations. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in payroll management, including general payroll duties, leave management, superannuation, tax compliance, and reporting. Experience with SAP and Kronos payroll systems is highly advantageous. You will excel at maintaining efficient payroll operations, resolving payroll-related issues promptly, and ensuring accuracy in all payroll processes with a keen eye for detail. Strong organizational skills are essential, along with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. The successful candidate will be proactive, reliable, and maintain a positive attitude in a dynamic work environment, demonstrating excellent communication skills and the ability to handle both payroll and office management responsibilities. A commitment to delivering exceptional service and supporting the organization’s success is also key.
