About the Role:
  • Title: Sales Recruitment Manager/ Senior Consultant (Sydney)
  • Reporting To: Director
  • Start Date: 2025
Responsibilities:
  • Candidate Management: Interview, manage, and nurture candidate relationships.
  • Client Interaction: Meet with clients, understand their needs, and build lasting partnerships.
  • Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the entire recruitment process from start to finish.
  • Business Development: Proactively seek out new clients and expand our network.
  • Team Collaboration: Work within a supportive and high-achieving team.
Who We're Looking For:
  • Experience: Experience in a recruitment role, experience recruiting sales specific roles is a plus, but not essential!
  • You could also come from a Sales environment or a Corporate background looking to make a switch into Sales Recruitment.
  • Interest: Excitement collaborating with business in Tech, SaaS, FMCG, or Industrial sectors
  • Attributes: Self-motivated, energetic, strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and a passion for people.
