About the Role:
- Title: Sales Recruitment Manager/ Senior Consultant (Sydney)
- Reporting To: Director
- Start Date: 2025
- Candidate Management: Interview, manage, and nurture candidate relationships.
- Client Interaction: Meet with clients, understand their needs, and build lasting partnerships.
- Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the entire recruitment process from start to finish.
- Business Development: Proactively seek out new clients and expand our network.
- Team Collaboration: Work within a supportive and high-achieving team.
- Experience: Experience in a recruitment role, experience recruiting sales specific roles is a plus, but not essential!
- You could also come from a Sales environment or a Corporate background looking to make a switch into Sales Recruitment.
- Interest: Excitement collaborating with business in Tech, SaaS, FMCG, or Industrial sectors
- Attributes: Self-motivated, energetic, strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and a passion for people.
