About the Role:

Reporting into the National Sales Manager this newly created role will be charged with resetting and further building on the relationship and collaboration with existing customers, developing and implementing long term strategic customer plans, in addition to ensuring effective day to day account management.

This is a unique opportunity that offers genuine progression into senior Sales Leadership in the medium term. For someone that has global ambition, there will also be opportunities in Singapore and Europe down the road.

Duties:
  • Develop and maintain all national accounts whilst ensuring all objectives are met; including TBM, pricing and contract negotiation.
  • Own and oversee the sales and product forecast.
  • Coach and develop one direct report
  • Steer, coach and train the Regional Managers and the state Territory Managers that have involvement in the National Accounts.
  • Monitor and drive the overall individual sales pipeline, demand planning and other financial and supporting metrics to ensure they are sufficient – e.g CRM usage.
  • Engage senior management and be the voice of customer to ensure that customer needs are well understood and serviced effectively through the business.
Skills and Experience:  
  • Proven track record of successful account management within a fast faced, high SKU B2B environment.
  • Exceptional communication skills both written and verbal
  • Proven entrepreneurial/creative approach to account development and margin growth
  • Proven relationship builder
  • Degree qualification preferred
