The Role
An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced and proactive individual to join this thriving international company. As Sales Administrator, you will play a key role in managing administrative functions relating to quoting, freight coordination, proposals, and reporting. 
You will work closely with the Sales team and Procurement team supporting their efforts with your excellent time management, communication, and organizational skills. The role reports to the Chief Operating Officer (COO

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare complex quoting on behalf of the sales team
  • Develop proposals within the company's quoting model for various projects
  • Maintain up-to-date client records using the CRM system
  • Generate weekly reports and provide status updates on ongoing quotes
  • Support the sales team with daily administrative tasks and ensure all leads and projects are accurate and up to date
  • Analyze data on quoting status and report findings
  • Perform other ad hoc administrative duties as directed by manager
Key Selection Criteria
  • Administrative support experience essential, ideally as a Sales Administrator
  • Freight experience is highly regarded
  • Must be able to self-manage conflicting priorities and multi-task
  • Strong technical aptitude with excellent problem-solving abilities
  • Clear and concise communication skills, both written and verbal, with attention to detail
  • Ability to interact effectively with a diverse range of internal and external stakeholders.
  • Friendly and willing to help personality 
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and tasks while remaining calm under pressure
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and Excel (intermediate level or above)
  • Must have full, unrestricted rights to work in Australia (sponsorship is not available)
