About the role 

As the Administration Coordinator, you will provide essential support to the business and customers, working closely with the General Manager. This role offers a unique opportunity to learn the entire supply chain and business processes. 

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure compliance with work, health, and safety regulations.
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders regarding stock ordering and quality control.
  • Assist with accounts payable by entering invoices and coordinating payment schedules.
  • Track and report on supplier purchase orders and manage inventory integrity.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service, responding to inquiries and processing sales.
  • Support office management tasks, including procurement of supplies and coordinating events.
  
Requirements
  • Strong multitasking abilities with a mature and detail-oriented approach.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Experience in general administration.
  • Ability to work autonomously and manage tasks efficiently.
  • Familiarity with agricultural chemicals and practices would be a bonus.
